SMWK’s attorneys represent clients in matters or litigation before State boards and commissions, quasi-judicial bodies, or in State courts.

For example, SMWK has represented clients before the Board of Physicians, local liquor boards, and other State administrative boards. We have brought actions on behalf of our clients in Circuit Courts throughout the State. Through our lobbying work, SMWK is deeply familiar with the laws at issue in these cases, as well as with agency decision-makers. These relationships and knowledge help us advise clients on the best course of action in adversarial matters.
